Fredric Landell will take over as new CEO of Petter Stordalen's hotel development company Nordic Property Management. The company is the largest in the Nordic market, working on project management of large hotel and restaurant projects.
Clarion Collection was the first chain acquired by Petter A. Stordalen during the 1990s. The chain was then called Home Hotels, which was subsequently changed to Clarion Collection. The competition authority has approved Nordic Choice Hotels acquisition of Kämp Collection Hotels. The acquisition of Kämp Collection Hotels, which was previously owned by CapMan Buyout funds and other owners, was finalized on October 9th.
